1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 77bdx website accessible at https://77bdx.io, including all associated pages, services, applications, and features.
• "77bdx", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the 77bdx platform.
• "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Platform, whether as a registered account holder or visitor.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a User upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's Account, comprising deposited funds and any credited bonus amounts, less any bets placed or withdrawals processed.
• "Bet" means any wager placed by a User on any sporting event, casino game, or other betting market offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or similar incentive credited to a User's Account by 77bdx.
• "Taka" or "৳" means the Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), the sole currency used for all transactions on the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required under our anti-money laundering and fraud prevention procedures.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing a Bet, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in full;
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms, as well as any additional policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• All information you provide to 77bdx is accurate, current, and complete.

These Terms apply to all Users of the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3 Eligibility

To register an Account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. The 77bdx platform is strictly an adults-only service. We employ age verification procedures and reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately closed and any funds held will be returned to the source payment method after deducting any bonuses credited.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. Creating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion period on the Platform or any associated platform.
• Mental capacity: You must not use the Platform if you are under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other substance that impairs your judgment.

77bdx reserves the right to refuse registration, close an Account, or void bets if it has reasonable grounds to believe that eligibility requirements have not been met.

4 Account Registration

To access the full functionality of the Platform, you must register a personal Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate and truthful information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and preferred payment method.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You must notify 77bdx immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised person.

Identity Verification (KYC): 77bdx may require you to complete identity verification at any point, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or following a change in account details. Verification documents may include a government-issued National ID card (NID), passport, driving licence, or utility bill. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.

Accurate Information: You warrant that all information provided during and after registration is accurate and up to date. 77bdx accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the User. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

Currency: All transactions on the Platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 77bdx does not accept foreign currency deposits or process withdrawals in any currency other than BDT.

Supported Payment Methods: 77bdx currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Sonali Bank. Visa and Mastercard may also be available for certain transaction types. Supported methods are subject to change without prior notice.

Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer. 77bdx reserves the right to revise the minimum deposit amount at any time.

Deposits: Deposits are typically credited to your Account within minutes of a confirmed transaction. 77bdx is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider, network congestion, or bank processing times beyond our control.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes during operational hours. Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name. 77bdx reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC documentation is outstanding.

• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
• 77bdx reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, or terms violation.
• Any bank charges or mobile wallet fees associated with transactions are the sole responsibility of the User.

Anti-Money Laundering: 77bdx operates a zero-tolerance policy toward money laundering and financial fraud. We reserve the right to report suspicious transaction activity to the relevant authorities and to freeze or close any Account where such activity is suspected.

6 Betting Rules

All Bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant sport, event, or game. General betting rules that apply across all markets are set out below:

• Bet acceptance: A Bet is only confirmed when you receive an on-screen confirmation and a Bet ID is issued. 77bdx is not liable for Bets that fail due to connectivity issues on the User's side before confirmation is received.
• Odds changes: Odds are subject to change up until the point of Bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are the odds that will apply to your Bet.
• In-play betting: In-play (live) Bets are accepted at 77bdx's sole discretion. We reserve the right to suspend live betting markets at any time for any reason, including but not limited to data feed delays, technical issues, or event suspensions.
• Void bets: 77bdx reserves the right to void any Bet placed as a result of a system error, incorrect odds display, or data feed malfunction. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the User's Account.
• Maximum winnings: Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day and may vary by market. Users are advised to check applicable limits before placing high-value Bets.
• Cricket markets: All BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international cricket Bets are subject to the specific cricket betting rules published on the Platform. In the event of a match being abandoned, interrupted, or rescheduled, the rules applicable to that specific market will govern settlement.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

77bdx offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible members from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to registered Account holders who have completed identity verification (KYC) unless otherwise specified.
• Each bonus offer specifies an eligible minimum deposit amount, wagering requirement, minimum odds, eligible games or markets, and expiry date. All conditions must be fully met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• A welcome bonus may only be claimed once per person, per household address, per IP address, per device, and per payment method. 77bdx uses technical and manual controls to enforce this rule.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements have been met in full.
• 77bdx reserves the right to modify the terms of any bonus, withdraw an active bonus, or cancel a promotional campaign at any time. Where possible, advance notice will be provided.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, low-risk wagering strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine play risk, or collusion with other Users — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings and may result in Account suspension.
• Seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day are subject to additional terms published alongside those offers.

All bonus amounts are credited in Bangladeshi Taka. The welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 for new members is subject to a minimum deposit requirement and applicable wagering requirements as detailed in the current promotion terms displayed on the Platform at the time of claiming.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77bdx platform. Breach of any of these provisions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Creating or operating more than one Account in any name, under any identity, or using any method to circumvent the single-account rule.
• Fraudulent activity: Providing false identity information, using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment credentials, or engaging in chargebacks after placing Bets.
• Collusion: Conspiring with other Users, casino dealers, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any betting market or casino game.
• Automated tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated software to place Bets, navigate the Platform, or interact with games in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or odds feed malfunctions to place Bets at clearly incorrect odds or to gain an advantage not intended by 77bdx.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, layer, or extract funds for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Match manipulation: Placing Bets on events the outcome of which you have sought to influence or have knowledge has been manipulated.
• Minors: Allowing or facilitating access to the Platform by any person under the age of 21.
• Offensive conduct: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing communication directed at 77bdx staff or other Users via live chat, email, or any other channel.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 77bdx Platform — including but not limited to the 77bdx brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, odds data, statistics, promotional materials, and any other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 77bdx or its licensed content providers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or transmit any Platform content without our prior written consent;
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download data from the Platform using any automated tool;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any Platform software;
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content;
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices on the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of 77bdx intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

77bdx collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices include:

• Collection of registration data, transaction records, betting history, and device/IP information for account management, security, and fraud prevention purposes;
• Storage of personal data on servers secured by 256-bit SSL encryption;
• No sale or transfer of personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent;
• Retention of transaction and betting records for a minimum period required by applicable anti-money laundering regulations;

11 Responsible Gaming

77bdx is committed to providing a safe, responsible, and sustainable gaming environment. We strongly encourage all members to approach gambling as a form of entertainment, not as a source of income.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Users at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account to control your spending.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a specified time period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications reminding you of the time you have spent on the Platform during a single session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77bdx and its officers, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform or any of its features;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any part thereof;
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in Platform content, including odds and game results;
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your Account resulting from factors outside our reasonable control;
• Any losses arising from reliance on information or content displayed on the Platform;
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Termination

Termination by You: You may close your Account at any time by contacting 77bdx support at [email protected]. Upon Account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable processing period, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

Termination by 77bdx: We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete registration information;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Multi-accounting or identity fraud;
• Use of prohibited software or techniques;
• Any conduct that 77bdx determines, in its sole discretion, to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other Users.

In the event of Account closure due to a breach of these Terms, 77bdx reserves the right to forfeit any balance — including both real-money funds and bonus funds — held in the Account at the time of closure, without prejudice to any other remedies available to us.

14 Amendments to These Terms

77bdx reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice to registered Users via the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account.

The date at the top of these Terms will be updated to reflect the effective date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account.

We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to ensure that you are aware of the most current version.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which the Platform operates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved in the following manner:

• Step 1 — Internal Resolution: You must first contact 77bdx customer support at [email protected] with a detailed description of your complaint. We will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and aim to resolve the matter within 14 business days.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction following the internal resolution process, you may escalate the matter in writing to our senior management team via the same support email address.
• Step 3 — Formal Proceedings: If the dispute remains unresolved after escalation, either party may pursue the matter through the appropriate formal legal channels. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights.

These Terms shall be interpreted in the English language. In the event of any conflict between the English version of these Terms and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
